I really do need to start making my way through my archive of unposted photos, lest you think I live my life as an intensely creative pervert.

I mean, I’d be honored if you thought that. It would put me in some awfully good company — the sort I’ve been hanging around on alternate-ish Wednesday nights for Season 8 of Philadelphia’s Burlesque Battle Royale, the part-boot-camp (booty camp), part-elimination-style competition for Philly’s up-and-coming burly folk.

This Wednesday was a theme close to my heart — Nerdlesque. Lola Bunny and Beetlejuice and … a giant Furby with working eyes … Oh my. Oh my, oh my, oh my.
