As it turns out, my mother isn’t the only one who thinks I’m a prize.

A free photoshoot with LCHPhoto.com (that’s me!) was among the many generous prizes awarded to the winners of this week’s installment of Philadelphia’s Burlesque Battle Royale, an eight-week elimination-style bootcamp and grad school for the city’s up-and-comer performers. Week 6 was a team-vs.-team competition — and I’ll soon learn which of the very talented members of Team Conch I’ll be shooting. Keep an eye out!

It was, as usual, a hard call for the judges — Teams Conch and Fierce both dazzled, and amused, and entertained and titillated in the extreme, as their members have all season.
