We're all juggling, aren't we?

One thing I’ve been struggling with lately: Finding time.

Finding time for photography. For hiking. For personal passions.

And maybe that’s why it’s no surprise that after a year of living all of 7 minutes apart, I still hadn’t found the time to properly connect with my old friend David Darwin — a high school classmate I hadn’t seen in nearly 20 years. This weekend, we rectified that.

David is the One Man Sideshow — a juggler, unicyclist, comic contortionist, fire-eater and goodness knows what else. You may have seen him on America’s Got Talent, at an AC or Las Vegas casino, or at any number of regional festivals. We met up at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts — a gem of an artistic resource just down the street from my home.
